All orders are shipped overnight via DHL EXPRESS . Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.
We guarantee unbroken cold chain delivery service throughout the entire length of transportation on the day of your choice. All orders are packed with ice in thermo insulated boxes.
A tracking number for your parcel will be sent to you upon dispatch. DHL will inform you of the designated time slot. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order as all deliveries must be signed for.
